We often forget how important feedback is for our development. We are often afraid to share our ideas with others or to invest time into them in fear that we will be judged or that these ideas are simply silly.  I lived most part of my life in an environment that offered me many barriers and constrictions. I wasn't encouraged to follow my dreams or explore my skills so I had no idea what I was good at or what I could do with myself (I still don't, in many ways).
